Refund & Return Policy

At SERPCrafter, we are committed to providing quality digital solutions to local businesses. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. General Policy
All payments made for our digital services—including SEO packages, website development, and other digital offerings—are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
Due to the nature of our services (digital work, labor hours, strategic planning, third-party integrations), we cannot offer refunds once work has begun, especially where time, resources, and deliverables are already allocated or completed.
2. SEO and Marketing Services
For all Local SEO, citation building, business listing services, and similar marketing packages:
- No refunds will be provided for SEO or marketing services once work has commenced.
- No performance-based refunds are issued. SEO is a long-term strategy and results may vary based on factors beyond our control (e.g., algorithm updates, competition, client input delays, etc.).
- If a project or package is delayed due to client non-responsiveness, lack of access, or incomplete information, SERPCrafter will not be held liable, and refund eligibility will not apply.
3. Website Development Services
For all Website Design & Development Services:
- Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity and client collaboration.
- If SERPCrafter exceeds the agreed deadline by more than 7 days (1 week) without valid justification, and the delay is fully attributable to our internal operations, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Refund eligibility excludes delays caused by:
- Late content delivery or approvals from the client
- Revisions or scope changes requested mid-project
- Third-party service or integration delays (e.g., domain issues, hosting)
To request a refund under this policy, please submit a formal written request to our support team within 5 business days after the missed deadline.
4. Subscription and Recurring Payments
- Subscription-based services are billed automatically on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partially used periods or services already delivered.
- If recurring billing fails and services are suspended, reactivation will occur only after full payment is received.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution may result in the immediate suspension of your account and services. We encourage all clients to communicate directly with our support team to resolve issues in good faith.
